Keep reasons for gaps neutral and relevant. A short line can connect a course end with a later work or move event without disclosing private family, health or financial detail. Find status language that may mislead

List every sentence the applicant expects to use about study, graduation, work and accommodation. Circle verbs that imply completion or certainty. Compare each verb with the source state and replace broad phrases such as graduated, employed or moving soon with the narrower wording the applicant can actually support at the time of submission.

Separate a course ending from an award being formally recorded, and a job offer from work beginning or pay being received.
