How does the interactive document status check work?
Mark each category as Ready, To prepare or Not applicable for the application you have in mind. The tool then summarises only the applicable categories you selected; it does not inspect files or decide what a recipient requires.
Does a complete status mean my application is complete?
No. The status reflects only your selections in this tool. Property, market and recipient requirements can differ, so use the listing and any instructions you receive as the source of truth.
Is this the same as the full rental application checklist guide?
No. This page is an interactive status check for document categories. The separate rental application checklist guide explains broader preparation and submission considerations.
Does this checklist store my documents?
No documents are uploaded to this checklist. Your ticks stay in your browser. If you allow analytics, we record pseudonymous usage events with the tool, market, an ephemeral attempt ID and standard attribution, without your checklist answers. The RentFiles application is a separate flow with its own handling of documents.
